Features
1, The requirements on the power grid are low and do not affect the power grid. The capacitor is charged through a low-power transformer first, and then the workpiece is discharged and welded through a high-power resistance welding transformer. Therefore, it is not easily affected by the fluctuation of the power grid, and because the charging power is small, the impact on the power grid is relative to the same welding ability. The AC spot welder and secondary rectifier spot welder are much smaller.
2, The discharge time is short, and the heat influence is small. The discharge time is less than 20ms, the resistance heat generated by the parts has not been completely diffused, and the welding process has been completed, so the deformation and discoloration of the welded parts can be minimized.
3, The welding energy is stable. After the charging voltage reaches the set value, the charging will stop and it will switch to discharge welding. Therefore, the welding energy fluctuates very little, which ensures the stability of the welding quality.
