◆Pre-sales service:

1. Provide feasibility analysis and reliable equipment configuration plan.

2. Provide reasonable and appropriate solutions according to the specific situation of customers.

◆Sales service:

1. Provide technical support and training in advance according to customer’s requirement, communicate timely with customer during production

2. Try our best to meet customer's temporary change of equipment.

◆After-sales service:

1. After the installation and commissioning, our technicians will spend about 7 days assisting the customer in the operation and troubleshooting ability training for the operators.

2. We provide 12 months warranty, offering free service and components for non man-made quality issue within warranty period.

In China, the after-sales service person shall arrive at the site of the customer within 24 hours (within 200 kilometers), 36 hours (within 500 kilometers) and 48 hours (within 500 kilometers) after receiving the email or fax from customer. For overseas customers, we will respond within 24 hours. And then to provide solutions and actions for the problems in accordance with the international rules asap.
